JUNE 2004

DANNY: THE SAMARITANS

Monday 8th November 2004

I remember contacting Samaritans when I was about 19. I was feeling really low, and knew that I needed to talk to someone. At the time, the idea of talking about my feelings seemed like the most difficult thing in the world. If jo@samaritans.org had been around I might have sent an email instead. Samaritans helped me through a really tough time and after contacting them, I was able to make some major life changes.

If the thought of picking up the phone is too much for you, I encourage you to send an email. Emailing gives you the option of saying as little or as much as you want, and Jo will always respond no matter how big or small you think your problem is.
